Our Fee
Before commencing, our fees will be agreed on either on a fixed fee basis or hourly rate. Please note, fixed fees may vary subject to the nature of your case.
The fees listed are not inclusive of disbursements that may be incurred throughout the course of your matter.
Disbursements can include, but are not limited to; Counsel Fees, Court Fees, Home Office Fees, Translation/Interpretation costs, and Medical Practitioner Fees. Home Office application fees are not usually subject to VAT, however, other disbursements may attract 20% VAT
All professional fees are subject to 20% VAT if VAT is applicable.
Our hourly rate is dependent on the level of experience of your case handler:
Fixed Fee
- The professional fees will be discussed and agreed, prior to commencing
- Fixed fees may vary subject to the nature of your case
- This does not include disbursements
Hourly Rate
- Solicitor with over 8 years experience - £350 p/h
- Solicitor with over 4 years experience - £250 p/h
- Other Solicitor - £190 p/h
- This does not include disbursements
Disbursements
- These can include, but are not limited to; Counsel fees, Court fees, Home Office fees, Translation and Interpretations costs, and Private Medical Practitioner Fees
- Third party disbursement costs may attract VAT
- Home Office and Court application fees are not usually subject to VAT
- The professional fees listed do not include disbursements that may be incurred

VAT
- All professional fees are subject to 20% VAT where VAT is applicable
- Some disbursements may attract 20% VAT
- VAT is applicable if your usual place of residence is in the UK. This includes if you previously had permission to stay in the UK, but now do not.
- If you are not resident in the UK, or you entered the UK without permission, or as an asylum seeker, and do not yet have permission to stay, you will not normally be VAT liable
